Being able to forgive someone or even yourself, for something that you have judged in the first place, can only come from love. However, if you had been coming from love in the first place, then you may not have judged and then there would be no reason for forgiveness. Let love find a way.
Put Pink and Green into your day to balance the heart chakra and Blue for forgiveness. Pink softens the heart while green helps heal it. Blue is calming and helps bring you back to your center.
