Though it’s important that we look at the darkness of our shadow self, to find the wisdom buried deep within, it’s imperative that we allow the light of love to heal that darkness in order to soften and purify our heart.
Put Black into your day to help you recognize your shadow self and the wisdom contained within. Then put Pink into your day to help you open your heart to the light of love. Be kind to yourself on this journey. It’s not always an easy one.
