Even when our children are grown and have left the nest, as mothers, we endeavour to keep the family together. Unfortunately, for some, it doesn’t always work. But, know, you did the best with the tools you had available. Be gentle on yourself. You are the most important person in your world.
Put your favourite colour into your day and treat yourself to something special. A spa, flowers, watch your favourite movie. Something, just for you, because you deserve it.
