Part Seven. Ego vs Spirit:
“The ego is limited by space and time, the spirit is boundless.”
The ego is constantly reliving the past and is in fear of the future. Everything that the ego desires is always, ‘out there’, in another time, never being satisfied with the space and time that it is in. The spirit on the other hand, understands by being in each moment, it opens up space and time. By living in the ‘now’, space and time become boundless, infinite, endless and to some degree, meaningless.
Put white into your day to help you lighten up and let go of anything that holds you in a time and space that no longer serves you.
