Sitting around at home being bored, where you think you have all the time in the world, is not life. Get outside each day and go for a walk. With consistency, you will find that you will be able to increase the distance you walk. You will start to feel better, eat better, maybe lose weight, meet people, and feel more confident about who you are. Then you will start to find that you can actually get more done in your day and you feel pleased with the results of your efforts. Then there will be more fun and laughter and before you know it, you have put more life into your time.
