Colour Me Yellow
Yellow is associated with the third chakra (Solar Plexus) and inspiration. Its positive aspects allow yellow to help with decision making, increase optimism and improve self expression.
Its negative aspects, if used too much can lead to overstimulation and cause irritability and exhaustion. Orange represents your ability to know that you ‘can’ positively achieve your goals through improved self esteem, or negatively, become self critical and cause depression.
