Red is able to help improve depression and increase your energy and vitality. To put red into your day, you could wear red items of clothing; shoes, socks, tie, underwear, or scarf. You can drink red wine or cranberry juice, eat red meat, beetroot, tomatoes or strawberries and cherries. Remember not to over do it or your feelings of vitality could turn to anger and frustration.
