Colour Me Black and White

In order to know the light within, you have to be able to recognize the shadow self, that is there first. When you allow your light to shine, that darkness disappears, and where there is love, there is no fear. Light and darkness can not exist together nor can love and fear.
Put Black into your day to help you recognize the darkness within, so that you can learn from it, then move on from it. Then put White into your day to help you ‘lighten up’ as you allow Love and Light to find a way.
