Generally we shut the pain and discomfort away, not wanting to deal with it for fear of more pain and discomfort. However, ‘chasing the meaning’ of what is causing this pain and discomfort is more beneficial to your health and wellbeing than avoiding it.
Put Red into your day by placing this colour over the area of your body that is causing you discomfort and ask that you find meaning in this, so that this discomfort can be released. Remember not to judge yourself.
