Part Five. Ego vs Spirit:
“The ego looks for longevity, spirit is immortal.”
The ego wants to survive and will continue to fight for its survive at your expense. It fears death. The more ego seeks peace, love, happiness and control, (see parts one to four), the more it will drain you of your energy and deplete your self esteem. By surrendering to spirit, you are surrendering to each moment and in that moment you are immortal. If your beliefs extend beyond the physical plane, then you will believe that beyond your own death, your spirit lives on.
