Green generates peace and harmony. Green and all its hues are found in nature in abundance, a good place to start if you what to add green into your day. Or you could eat from a selection of fruits, such as, apples, kiwifruit, green grapes, and pears, or vegetables, such as broccoli, peas, beans, sprouts. However too much green in your day could create envy or jealousy.
